Dr. Mills received his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of California, San Diego. He attended the University of Rochester’s Internal Medicine residency program completing the one year program. Dr. Mills then completed a three year residency program in Family Practice located at Wheeling Medical Park Hospital.

Dr. Mills’ training has included studying in Waterford, Ireland for one year as well as many other medical rotations in California. He also had the opportunity to experience third world medicine in Montserrat. He is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

The Rejuvenation Center is a center of excellence and is providing SmartLipo training to physicians nationwide who are interested in learning this technique. Dr. Mills combines his technical knowledge of laser liposuction with his aesthetic talents to provide excellent results and happy patients.

Dr. Mills received a certificate for Liposuction and SmartLipo practicum training from the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Florida. Dr. Mills currently has received extensive training in the injection techniques of Botulinum Toxin Type A (Botox) as well as Juvederm and Radiesse facial fillers lead by Allergan. He has received certificate training in Meso Therapeutics and LipoDissolve-non-surgical Lipoplasty. His training was under the leadership of plastic surgeon, A.P. Salas, MD, FACS, FACM, who is affiliated with the Institute for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Mesotherapy. He also trained under Dr. Barry Lycka, who is one of North America’s top cosmetic surgeons, and has been voted the years best top make-over doctor.

Dr. Mills is a member of the AMA- American Medical Association, the ASAL- American Society of Aesthetic LipoDissolve, the ASNA- American Society of Non-Surgical Aesthetics and the American Academy of Family Physicians as a teacher in Family Medicine. He is also the editorial medical advisor for Radiant Life Magazine.

Dr. Mills has been a resident of Wheeling, WV for twelve years and is currently practicing Aesthetic and Family medicine at Ohio Valley Medical Center.
